The Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc improves the quality of studying and following Uncle Ho

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong province, awarded certificates of merit from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to outstanding collectives.

Over the past 2 years, the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province has closely followed the direction and guidance of superiors, paid attention to innovation, improved the quality of leadership and direction in implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, and continued to implement Directive No. 05 on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle". Based on the action program, the plan to implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the political tasks, the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province has developed a plan to carry out breakthrough work on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; focusing on implementing the responsibilities of leaders, the registration, setting an example and following of Party members". From 2021-2023, each year the unit has 2 breakthrough tasks. The grassroots Party committees and cells under the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc selected and registered a total of 323 breakthrough jobs.

In carrying out the breakthrough work, the Party committees and grassroots Party cells have a more correct and profound awareness of the importance of Party building work, especially the Party's working regime and organizational principles; innovated and improved the quality of Party cell activities; focused on inspection and supervision work. The contingent of cadres and Party members improved their awareness, political mettle, cultivated and trained their ethics and working capacity, and well implemented their assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.

Party committees and Party cells at all levels in the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province pay attention to innovating leadership methods; launching and promoting patriotic emulation movements, encouraging cadres, party members, civil servants and workers to uphold exemplary vanguard spirit, effectively carry out socio-economic development tasks, projects, plans and thematic resolutions to implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

With the results achieved, at the conference, 5 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements after 2 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW were awarded certificates of merit by the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province. The collectives receiving certificates of merit include: Party Committee of Radio and Television Station of Hai Duong province; Party Cell of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province; Party Cell of the Remote Control Center under the Party Committee of Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd.; Party Cell of the Inspection Department, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement Cluster No. 2 under the Party Committee of the Inspectorate of Hai Duong province; Party Cell of 10 Offices under the Party Committee of the State Reserve Department of Hai Hung area.

At the conference, delegates listened to Dr. Le Doan Hop, former Minister of Information and Communications, speak on the topic "Office culture, public ethics in the 4.0 revolution".
