Delegates listened to Prof. Dr. Tran Van Phong, member of the Central Theoretical Council, convey the core contents of the work "Some theoretical and practical issues of socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc has led and directed the grassroots Party Committees and Party cells to focus on deploying and effectively implementing the Party building tasks and the political tasks of the agencies and units, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the province's theme for 2022, which is "Flexible adaptation, breakthrough growth". The entire Party Committee admitted 66 Party members. All 66 Party Committees and Party cells registered and carried out 134 breakthrough tasks in 2022. Political and ideological education work continued to be focused on. Inspections and supervisions by Party Committees and Inspection Committees at 2 levels were seriously carried out. The Inspection Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee has disciplined and expelled 1 Party member; the grassroots Party Committee and Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee have disciplined and reprimanded 31 Party members...
