Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Agencies completes organizational structure and personnel work

On the afternoon of March 3, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies held its first conference for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies chaired the conference.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Phu, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies; Nguyen Duc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies Le Van Hieu said that Hai Duong is urgently and seriously implementing the Central's instructions on restructuring and streamlining the organizational apparatus.

For the Party Committees of the newly-operated provincial Party agencies, the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee need to ensure the continuity, effectiveness, and efficiency in the leadership, direction, and administration of the Party organizations. Cadres need to uphold the sense of responsibility, promptly approach new tasks, and immediately get to work to ensure that there is no interruption in the performance of tasks. At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies issued a decision to establish a specialized advisory and support apparatus, including: the Organization Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Inspection Committee, and the Party Committee Office.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies decided to receive 26 grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies (which ceased operation from March 1, 2025).

The first conference of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term also discussed the working regulations of the Executive Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; the inspection and supervision program of the Party Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee in 2025; and the working program of the Party Executive Committee in 2025.

The conference announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing comrade Vu Thi Ha, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Ky district to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term, starting from March 1, 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies has decided to appoint comrade Phan Nhat Thanh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies' Organization Committee (concurrently), for a term of 5 years from March 1, 2025.

Appoint comrade Nguyen Thuy Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Agencies (concurrently), for a term of 5 years from March 1, 2025.

Appoint comrade Le Hong Dien, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office of Party Agencies (concurrently), for a term of 5 years from March 1, 2025.

The conference announced the decision to appoint 1 Deputy Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; 1 Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
