On the morning of December 2, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province attended the conference.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Nguyen Ngoc Sam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Tu Ky District People's Council, on his appointment as Chief Inspector of the province; the term of office is 5 years, from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2029.
Previously, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to allow comrade Cao Ngoc Quang, Provincial Party Committee member and Provincial Inspector General, to retire to enjoy insurance benefits from December 1, 2024.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Comrade Cao Ngoc Quang during his work and congratulated him on completing his tasks well and retiring according to the regime.
The Provincial Party Secretary said that the mobilization and appointment of cadres aims to promote the capacity and strengths, train and develop the province's cadres; at the same time, it is a step to prepare personnel for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Sam was born in 1971 in Binh Lang commune, Tu Ky district. He has a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in land management, and a high level of political theory.
Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Sam used to hold the positions of Head of the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Tu Ky District People's Committee. From December 2020 to December 1, 2024, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Tu Ky District People's Council.
Along with comrade Nguyen Ngoc Sam, at the conference announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work on the morning of December 2, 3 comrades were transferred and appointed.
Comrade Nguyen Van Thuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tu Ky District Party Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, was assigned, mobilized, and appointed to join the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee.
