The Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented Tet gifts to 80 students in difficult circumstances.

The National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province hopes that local authorities and schools will continue to pay attention so that students in difficult circumstances can have a happy Tet holiday and have better conditions to study and live.

The National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province presented Tet gifts to primary school students of Kim Tan commune (Kim Thanh)

On January 22, comrades Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education (Provincial National Assembly Delegate) and a number of businesses and philanthropists visited and presented Tet gifts to 80 disadvantaged students in 4 localities.

The provincial National Assembly delegation presented gifts to primary and secondary school students in Thanh Mien and Cam Giang districts, primary school students in Kim Tan commune (Kim Thanh), and ethnic minority students in the communes and wards of Bac An, Le Loi, Ben Tam, and Hoang Hoa Tham (Chi Linh city).

The delegation also presented gifts to the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Mien, Cam Giang districts, Nguyen Trai Secondary School (Chi Linh City), Kim Tan Primary School (Kim Thanh). The total value of gifts was nearly 60 million VND.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, visited and presented gifts to Vu Hai Duong, a 9th grade student at Cam Doai Secondary School (Cam Giang), who lost both parents.

The delegation witnessed Natrumax Vietnam International Milk and Nutrition Import-Export Company Limited receiving monthly support of 1 million VND for Vu Hai Duong, an orphan of both parents, a 9th grade student at Cam Doai Secondary School (Cam Giang) until he finishes high school.

Comrades Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province; Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, praised the students' efforts to overcome difficulties to achieve many achievements in study and life.

The comrades hope that localities and schools continue to care for students in difficult circumstances so that they can have a full and happy Tet holiday and have better conditions to study and live.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Mai Thoa, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education (National Assembly delegate of Hai Duong province) presented gifts to the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Mien district.
