Hai Duong City Electricity closes 3 transformer stations to prevent overload during hot season

These are Mai Hac De transformer stations (Binh Han ward), Thong Dong (An Thuong commune), Tien Tien (Tien Tien commune), each station has a capacity of 400kVA.

Hai Duong City Electricity has also just completed the communication loop project connecting the 22 Tay Nam Cuong transformer station with the An Phu branch of the 475 E8.1 line. The completed project helps maintain grid stability for about 12,000 customers.At the same time, construction units are required to urgently complete the overload prevention projects that are being deployed.

According to the plan, in the second and third quarters, Hai Duong City Power will energize and put into operation 9 new transformer stations to help increase the power supply capacity for production and daily life loads. In addition, the unit will rotate 5 transformers at high risk of overload.

Before the hot season, the unit arranged forces to inspect power lines and transformer stations that were prone to heat generation due to sudden increases in loads. Through inspection, 12 cases of heat generation were promptly handled, quickly handling them to prevent them from becoming grid incidents...

According to Hai Duong City Electricity, due to development needs, Hai Duong City's electricity load increases by an average of 10% per year and increases dramatically during the hot season. The investment in the above projects aims to ensure safe and stable electricity supply during this dry season.
