More than 110 officers, professional staff, safety officers, and employees of affiliated units participated in the exercise.

According to the scenario, the hypothetical situation is that hot weather will last throughout the province with temperatures ranging from 35 to 38 degrees Celsius.^oC caused a transformer at the 110kV Nhi Chieu station to have an accident, causing a power outage to most of the loads in Kinh Mon town. Immediately after receiving the report, the grid operation management unit ordered the incident to be segmented and the unaffected loads to be restored. During the rescue process, a traffic accident also occurred that required rescue.

In addition, the hot weather caused a large amount of electricity consumption leading to overload, so Hai Duong had to shift 156MW of capacity according to the order of the Northern Power Corporation and urgently reduce 90MW according to the order of the Northern Power System Control Center (A1)...

After receiving the information, the Exercise Command mobilized human resources, equipment and machinery; units urgently used all measures to organize incident response according to the "4 on-site" motto, ready to respond and quickly overcome the consequences, ensuring the restoration of power supply...

At the end of the exercise, the participants held a meeting to summarize and draw lessons to handle situations that arise in practice in a timely and flexible manner.
