Hai Duong accompanies businesses and entrepreneurs

That was the commitment of the provincial People's Committee leader when attending and speaking at the 2025 member conference of the Hai Duong Provincial Business Association held on the morning of March 6.

Attending the conference were comrade Hoang Quang Phong, Vice President of Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan emphasized that enterprises and entrepreneurs are an important part of the economy. Wherever enterprises and entrepreneurs develop, the economy develops. In the past, although the province has made many efforts to support and facilitate the development of enterprises, it has not yet met the expectations of investors and enterprises. In the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct departments and branches to adjust and overcome existing problems, create an open investment environment, and create conditions for enterprises and entrepreneurs to develop stably and sustainably. The province always accompanies and stands side by side with enterprises to remove difficulties and obstacles related to production and business activities.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan requested the Provincial Business Association to regularly and promptly grasp the difficulties and problems of enterprises and members and send them to specialized agencies to advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve them. Strengthen coordination with all levels and sectors in the province to organize trade promotion activities, advertise and introduce products of enterprises and members. Each enterprise and entrepreneur needs to promote business culture and corporate culture in the context of international economic integration.

In the coming time, the Provincial Business Association will continue to innovate its leadership and management, strengthen its grasp of information, and promptly report difficulties and problems of member businesses to the authorities for resolution. Organize practical activities to help members recover and develop such as accessing capital, finding partners, forming joint ventures to help businesses expand production and product consumption; coordinate the organization of seminars and training on knowledge of business administration and management. The Association strives to develop from 2 to 4 member associations, admitting 30 to 40 members...

In 2024, the Provincial Business Association admitted 21 members, bringing the total number of members to nearly 300 enterprises. The Association organized many activities to support enterprises. Maintained a good coordination program with 16 agencies and organizations inside and outside the province to support and create favorable conditions for enterprises to operate. Members have spent over 1 billion VND to support social security and community activities.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 2 enterprises and 1 individual member with outstanding achievements in business activities and the association's movement. The Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) awarded a certificate of merit to Hai Duong Embankment Construction and Rural Development Joint Stock Company. The Provincial Business Association awarded certificates of merit to 6 enterprises and 18 outstanding businessmen.
