Hai Duong City Police prosecuted 5 subjects for intentionally causing injury

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police has just prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused, and detained 5 subjects in Tu Minh Ward (Hai Duong City), including: Nguyen Huu Tu, born in 1991 in lane 68; Do Xuan Truong, born in 2005 in lane 29 (both in Thuong Dat Street); Bui Quang Khai, born in 2004 in number 28, Nhat Tan Street; Do Van Dung and Tran Tuan Anh (both born in 2004 in Xuan Duong Street) for intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order.

According to the investigation documents, at around 8:30 p.m. on May 1, Tu's group went to the house of Vu Van Son, born in 1989, at 62 Thuong Dat Street, to demand money that Son had previously borrowed from Tu. Son was not home but was eating at the restaurant of Pham Van Dua (born in 1962, at 64 Thuong Dat Street). There, Tu's group had a conflict with Son, the restaurant owner, and some of his family's relatives. Afterwards, Tu's group went home to get weapons (1 sword and 2 knives) and returned to Mr. Dua's house to cause trouble. There, the two sides collided, leading to a fight, injuring Mr. Dua and some of his family's relatives and requiring emergency treatment at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital (the injury rate of these cases was 20-46%). The incident had a negative impact on the security and order situation in the locality, causing panic and fear among people in the residential area.

After completing the case file, the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused, and detained the suspects related to the case including: Tu, Tuan Anh, Dung, Khai, Truong for intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order; at the same time, continued to investigate and clarify the violations of other related subjects.
