On April 10, the Steering Committee on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile views (Steering Committee 35) of Hai Duong province organized a training session on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile views in 2025.

Attending the training were comrades who are members of the Provincial Party Committee's Steering Committee 35; the Foreign Information Steering Committee; provincial-level reporters; provincial-level social opinion collaborators; leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Departments of District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Steering Committee's Working Group...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hong Sang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Standing member of the Provincial Steering Committee 35, said that hostile, reactionary, and political opportunistic forces are taking advantage of some difficulties and challenges in the leadership of the Party, the administration of the State and authorities at all levels in building, developing and protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to increase sabotage activities to carry out the plot of "peaceful evolution".

Subjects use the internet and social networks as the main means to transmit and spread fake news, false, toxic information, and wrong and hostile views to oppose the Party, State, and regime.

The conference provided delegates with new information to participate in the fight against and refute the distorted arguments of hostile forces against our Party and State.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested delegates and press agencies to strengthen the dissemination of positive information; proactively select and design topics to guide public opinion; closely follow reality, proactively and synchronously deploy solutions, promptly combat, refute, prevent and handle false, malicious, fabricated and distorted information.
