The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to dissolve 7 grassroots trade unions to reorganize and streamline the apparatus.

The Provincial Federation of Labor has announced decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor decided to dissolve 7 grassroots trade unions directly above the grassroots level, including: Health, Industry and Trade, Transport, Construction, Education, Provincial Civil Servants, Agriculture and Rural Development. After ending their activities, these units are responsible for transferring 265 grassroots trade unions and over 50,000 union members to other grassroots trade unions directly above the grassroots level.
The dissolution of the above units is to implement Official Letter 316-CV/DĐTLĐ dated December 10, 2024 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus for provincial and municipal Labor Federations and industry unions. This Official Letter implements Plan No. 04-KH/BCĐ dated November 13, 2024 of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution No.18-NQ/TWOctober 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party (12th tenure).
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented the decision to establish the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union and the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union. Of which, the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union includes 24 grassroots trade unions and 1,164 union members. The Provincial People's Committee Trade Union has 47 grassroots trade unions and 7,210 union members.

Regarding personnel work, comrade Le Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, was mobilized and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union; comrade Vu Ba Ha, Chairwoman of the Education Sector Trade Union, holds the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union.
