26 units in Hai Duong are 3 months or more late in paying social insurance.

Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance has just announced a list of 26 units that have been late in paying social insurance for 3 months or more, with the total amount of late payment up to February being nearly 10 billion VND.

Of which, Kim Boi Minerals Joint Stock Company, Hai Duong branch (Chi Linh) has the highest amount of late payment with more than 1.7 billion VND. VTC Group Joint Stock Company (Kinh Mon) is late in paying more than 1.3 billion VND. Nam Thai Son Phuong Bac Import-Export Company Limited (Binh Giang) is late in paying 1.2 billion VND. Gold Time Education Joint Stock Company (Hai Duong City) is late in paying more than 1 billion VND.

The remaining units are late in paying from more than 54 to more than 786 million VND.

The above units have violated the fields of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, directly affecting the legal and legitimate rights of workers, negatively affecting social security work.

Compared to the end of 2024, the amount of late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance has decreased sharply. As of December 31, 2024, the total amount of late payment is 69 billion VND.

Over the past time, the Provincial Social Insurance has always closely followed the production and business activities of enterprises to promptly advise, direct and urge debt collection.

Strengthen specialized inspections of businesses that are 3 months or more late in payment, and resolutely impose administrative penalties on violations.

Coordinate with departments, branches and sectors to have solutions to prevent, stop and recover late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance at enterprises to ensure the rights of employees.
