According to Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Quynh, a member of the Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company's Trade Union Team, the unit planned, developed a script and practiced for a week. All members were excited to participate in the practice and contribute ideas to make the performance more complete.

The team chose Rap to convey the information. Interspersed with vibrant, passionate dances with the aim of "heating up" the studio atmosphere. The biggest difficulty for the team was choosing words so that the lyrics could convey the message without being dry or out of rhythm.

"I did not expect our team's performance to be so highly appreciated by the audience and the judges. Everyone's enthusiastic cheers gave us more confidence to perform and complete our performance excellently," said Ms. Quynh.

Representing the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union, the team from the Nissei Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. Trade Union brought to the program a dance performance imbued with the identity of the Northwest mountains and forests. It was a harmonious combination of xoè dance, ô dance... rhythmically and gracefully with the sound of the đàn tính and the meo flute, sometimes low, sometimes high. The colorful, eye-catching national costumes seemed to bring the audience to the highland markets. Before the performance was elaborately and meticulously staged, the studio space became even more profound and gentle.

Ms. Tran Thi Thao My, a member of the Trade Union Team of Nissei Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that the talent competition was prepared quite carefully by the unit, from costumes, tools to traditional dances. The performance clearly demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and mutual support of the Vietnamese ethnic groups; praising Uncle Ho's contributions in the cause of national liberation and unification. This was also the competition that the Nissei Vietnam team was most satisfied with.
