Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee will have a dialogue with farmers in the fourth quarter.

The dialogue will focus on issues related to policies and guidelines to support agricultural development and rural economy. Land management, environmental resources, support and compensation when reclaiming agricultural land. Planning of production areas, mechanisms and policies for farmers to accumulate land, form large-scale fields, protect the environment, and develop sustainably. Policies to support and manage the production and trading of qualified agricultural products; management of production, trading, and use of agricultural materials. Mechanisms and policies to link and consume agricultural products, form and develop value chains, sustainable agricultural production chains between farmers and enterprises and cooperatives; develop "digital agriculture, high-tech agriculture, organic agriculture". Policies to build advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas; vocational training, fostering, improving technical skills for farmers; agricultural insurance; preferential loans for production and business development. Improving the operational efficiency of Farmers' Associations at all levels...

The dialogue will be held at the Eastern Cultural Center with the participation of 500 delegates including: representatives of the Central Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province and nearly 400 delegates who are leaders of the Provincial and District Farmers' Associations and chairmen of the grassroots Farmers' Associations; heads of Farmers' Associations, heads of Professional Farmers' Associations, heads of professional farmers' groups, exemplary farmers' members, good production and business households, households with the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers", representatives of enterprises, cooperatives, etc.

The dialogue is an opportunity for the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to listen to the thoughts, aspirations, opinions and recommendations of cadres, members and farmers in the province. Thereby, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee promptly leads, directs the resolution and proposes solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles. Through the dialogue, it aims to propagate and disseminate the policies of the Party, the State and the province on agriculture, farmers and rural areas, support farmers in developing production, business and social security; create consensus to effectively implement policies and strategies for socio-economic development, focusing on policies for agricultural development and new rural construction.
