On the morning of February 5, Nguyen Cuu Quoc was riding his motorbike to the front of house number 115 (Xuan 68 street, Dong Ba ward, Hue city) when he collided with Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1996, residing on Tran Phu street, Phuoc Vinh ward, Hue city). The collision caused Quoc to almost fall.

Binh then continued to chase Quoc into the ice factory at address 57 (Xuan 68 Street, Hue City). During the chase, Binh continued to hit Quoc in the head with the brick in his hand.
The two then continued to fight and Quoc took a knife from his person and stabbed Binh. Binh tried to run away and asked people to take him to the hospital. Due to severe injuries and loss of blood, Binh died on the way to the emergency room.
Immediately after receiving the report, under the direct direction of the Board of Directors of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police, the Criminal Police Department coordinated with Hue City Police and other professional units to investigate, clarify, and organize the arrest of the perpetrator.
Within about 2 hours, the police identified Nguyen Cuu Quoc as the perpetrator and promptly mobilized forces and vehicles to arrest him when he was preparing clothes with the intention of escaping from his private home at 102 Ton That Canh Street (An Dong Ward, Hue City).
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Thua Thien - Hue Province is consolidating records and handling the case according to the provisions of law.
