Due to a conflict that arose while drinking together, Mr. NCT and Quach Tran Khanh Duy got into a fight, resulting in Mr. T. dying in the hospital.
On September 5, Dong Nai police said they were detaining Quach Tran Khanh Duy (born in 1994, residing in Xuan Truong commune, Xuan Loc district) to investigate the murder.
Previously, on the evening of September 1, Duy, NCT and a group of friends organized a drinking party at Bang Lang hamlet, Xuan Tam commune, Xuan Loc district. At around 10 p.m., a conflict arose between Duy and T., leading to a fight.
After that, Duy drove his car home but T. used his personal car to block the road and used nunchaku to hit Duy many times on the head and body.
Angry, Duy took a switchblade from his pocket and stabbed T. several times before getting in his car and driving home. When people discovered the incident, they took T. to the emergency room but he died at the hospital.
Upon hearing the news that T. had died, in the early morning of September 2, Duy went to Xuan Loc District Police to surrender and confessed to all his crimes. Afterwards, Xuan Loc District Police handed over the subject to the Criminal Police Department of Dong Nai Province Police for handling according to regulations.
