With the theme "Peek performance", this will be the first hardware event of the bitten Apple in 2022. The expected devices include the iPhone SE 2022, iPad Air 5th generation and new Mac.
Apple's plan to launch the product in early March has been predicted by many reputable sources since the end of last year. The event is still pre-recorded and broadcast on the Internet, and cannot be held live due to the complicated epidemic situation. Users can follow the launch on YouTube channel, Apple TV app and Apple's homepage.

Rumors say the design of the iPhone SE 2022 will be unchanged from the previous generation with a 4.7-inch screen with thick bezels, a Home button with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor and a rounded frame. The hardware inside the device is expected to be upgraded with the A15 Bionic processor chip and 5G network.
Similar to the iPhone SE, the iPad Air 2022 will focus on upgrading the configuration, the design remains unchanged with a 10.9-inch screen with thin edges, flat frame, aluminum back and power button integrated with Touch ID.
Other improvements on the iPad Air 2022 can be "borrowed" from the iPad mini 2021, including the A15 Bionic processor chip, 12 MP front camera supporting Center Stage, the back has an additional 4-tone LED flash and 5G network.
Some other upgrades on the iPad Air 2022 include a 4-speaker system instead of 2 speakers. Users also have more color options. On the previous generation, Apple provided 5 color options including silver, gray, gold, blue and green.
MacRumors predicts that Apple plans to introduce a Mac mini with M1 Pro and M1 Max processors at the March 8 event, replacing the Intel CPU version currently sold on Apple's website.
In addition, an upgraded version of the 13-inch MacBook Pro with an M2 processor chip may also appear. The design of the device will be similar to the current 13-inch version, cheaper than the MacBook Pro line using the M1 Pro and M1 Max chips.

The M2 processor will likely still use an 8-core CPU, with better clock speeds and power optimization than the M1. In addition, the Apple M2 will have a graphics chip (GPU) option with 9 or 10 cores, instead of 7 or 8 cores like the Mac models using the regular M1 chip.
In addition to hardware products, Bloomberg predicts that Apple plans to release the official version of iOS 15.4 in the first half of March. This version is in the testing phase with a number of new features such as Face ID scanning while wearing a mask, controlling iPad and Mac with a mouse (Universal Control) and a series of new emojis.
Last year, the April 2021 event was where Apple launched the M1 iPad Pro, AirTag tracking accessory, 2021 Apple TV, and 24-inch iMac. Although it did not hold an event in early 2020, Apple still introduced new devices including the 2020 iPad Pro (March) and the 2020 iPhone SE (April).
Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman said the March event will kick off a busy year for Apple, with a record number of device launches.
