From the beginning of the year to July 30, authorities have fined 49 production and business establishments in Kim Thanh district for violations of fire prevention and fighting regulations with a total fine of nearly 2 billion VND.
This is also the year Kim Thanh district has the highest number of establishments inspected and fined for fire prevention and fighting violations ever.
Of which, Kim Thanh District Police fined 32 establishments; Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police) fined 17 establishments.
The above facilities were also required by the authorities to suspend operations of 49 violating construction works and construction items.
Some establishments that were fined large amounts of money and had their entire operations suspended include the projects and items of Tuan Duong Production and Trading Company Limited (Cong Hoa Commune); Kinh Mon Production and Trading Company Limited (Phuc Thanh Commune); Son Trang Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (Tuan Viet Commune); Huu Hung Production and Trading Company Limited (Thuong Vu Commune)...
These establishments were fined for failing to ensure fire prevention and fighting conditions, lacking equipment and tools as prescribed; failing to post internal regulations; failing to implement fire prevention and fighting recommendations of competent authorities...
