Hai Duong proactively prevents fire at high school graduation exam sites

The leader of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) informed that fire prevention and fighting work at locations related to the high school graduation exam will be absolutely safe.

Fire prevention and fighting forces at all levels have developed plans, made plans, organized inspections, and provided guidance on fire prevention and fighting, rescue, and relief measures for related locations. Arranged adequate personnel, vehicles, and tools to be ready for duty.

The Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department closely coordinates with the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2024 High School Graduation Exam to request that examination sites strictly implement regulations and safety conditions on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and rescue. In particular, ensure the safety of electrical systems, the use of electrical equipment, strictly manage fire and heat sources, and strictly prohibit the illegal introduction of flammable and explosive substances into areas related to the exam.

Examination sites are required to inspect and ensure the safety and quality of construction works related to the examination; arrange forces, vehicles, and fire-fighting equipment on site; organize patrols and controls during the examination days to promptly detect incidents and quickly and effectively handle them, especially paying attention to places where questions, test papers, and test papers are printed, stored, and graded.

During the exam days, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department always has 3 vehicles, 18-20 officers and soldiers on duty each shift, ready to perform fire fighting, rescue and relief tasks. The fire prevention and fire fighting force of the district police continuously coordinates with the police force on duty to protect security and order at the exam sites to grasp the situation and promptly resolve any fire or explosion incidents.

This year, Hai Duong established 45 testing sites for the high school graduation exam and it took place from June 26-28.
