The Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Loc district (Hai Duong) has just issued a decision to administratively fine Mr. Vu Van Hai in Phong Lam village (Hoang Dieu commune) 50 million VND.
On December 17, 2023, at plots of land No. 272, 273, 274 on map No. 04 (agricultural land allocated to households) in Quan Chay field, Phong Lam village (Hoang Dieu commune), Mr. Vu Van Hai, residing in Gia Loc town, hired someone to illegally pour concrete on agricultural land with an area of 1,180 m2.2, 5 cm thick. On April 3, 2024, Mr. Hai continued to gather materials on the area (violated) and built a tent with an area of 187m2.
Mr. Hai's behavior violates the provisions of the Land Law.
In addition to the fine, Mr. Hai is also required to restore the land to its original condition before the violation. All costs of remedying the consequences will be paid by Mr. Hai.
