Previously, on May 9, Cam Giang District Police inspected and discovered that the company did not fully comply with the requirements on fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue as requested in writing by competent authorities; did not comply with the decision to suspend operations according to the provisions of the law on fire prevention and fighting; put the gas stove, chair and industrial sink business into operation without a written approval of the results of the fire prevention and fighting acceptance test; did not develop a fire fighting plan; did not organize training in fire prevention and fighting, rescue and rescue; did not purchase fire and explosion insurance as prescribed.
In addition to being fined, the company is required to conduct a fire prevention and fighting inspection before putting the project into operation.
