The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has issued a project to end the activities of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board and establish the Hai Duong Provincial Cadre Health Protection Center under the Department of Health.
According to the project content, the operation of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board will be terminated, the professional agencies will be rearranged, and the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board will be assisted. Some tasks will be transferred to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board for implementation; at the same time, the entire organization, apparatus, assigned staff and existing personnel of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board under the Party bloc will be transferred to the local government bloc for management to establish the Provincial Cadre Health Care Center as a public service unit under the Department of Health.
The Center for Health Protection of Cadres of Hai Duong province is located at 110 Tran Hung Dao Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hai Duong City (former headquarters of the Provincial Department of Health Protection and Care for Cadres).
This center is a public health service unit with a part of its regular expenses guaranteed by the state budget; under the direct professional direction of the Department of Health in medical examination and treatment, monitoring and management, health care for staff and training to improve professional skills.
Regarding the organizational structure, the Center consists of 1 Director and no more than 2 Deputy Directors. The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board was transferred to the Department of Health and appointed to the position of Director of the Center, in charge of the whole, and responsible to the Department of Health for all aspects of the Center's activities.
The project also specifies the number of rooms, staff, operating costs, financial resources and financial mechanisms of the Provincial Center for Health Protection of Cadres.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the assigned agencies and units, based on their specific functions and tasks, proactively and closely coordinate to complete the contents of the Project; Issue a decision to establish the Hai Duong Provincial Center for Health Protection of Cadres under the Department of Health, operating from March 1, 2025.
