Bac Ninh asks to postpone the submission of the Project to the Central City

The Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province has submitted a proposal to postpone the reporting time for the Project to establish Bac Ninh city under the Central Government.
The Prime Minister requires 100% of hospitals nationwide to deploy electronic medical records.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh assigned the Ministry of Health to direct and urge 100% of hospitals nationwide to deploy electronic medical records; and to connect data between district and provincial hospitals of localities with hospitals under the ministry.
