According to data announced at the conference summarizing the emulation and reward work in 2024 of the Court Emulation Cluster No. IV, this year, the People's Court of Hai Duong province handled the most cases in the cluster.
In 2024, 100% of the People's Courts in Emulation Cluster No. IV organized many emulation movements closely following political and working tasks.
From October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, the two-level People's Courts of the six provinces in the cluster resolved 34,202/36,415 cases, reaching a rate of 94%. Some provincial People's Court units have high resolution rates such as: Thai Binh Provincial People's Court reaching 96.5%, Hai Duong Provincial People's Court reaching 95.7%, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Court reaching 94.4%...
The unit with the largest number of cases received and resolved in the cluster is the People's Court of Hai Duong province with 1,342 cases, resolving 1,284 cases.
At the conference, the units in the cluster launched the emulation movement in 2025, focusing on effectively organizing emulation movements, motivating cadres, civil servants, and workers to innovate administrative and judicial procedure reforms, and improve the quality of trial work...
The conference voted to honor units with outstanding achievements in 2024, elected the Heads and Deputy Heads of the 2025 emulation cluster, and signed an emulation agreement between units in emulation cluster No. IV.
Emulation cluster No. IV, the Supreme People's Court includes 6 People's Courts of the provinces: Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh and Thai Binh (6 provincial People's Courts and 59 district People's Courts).
