The provinces in the cluster strive to excellently complete the assigned political tasks. The emulation cluster also promotes innovation, creating positive and effective changes in the work of commendation, ensuring accuracy, publicity, transparency, educational effects, setting examples; paying attention to collectives and individuals who directly work...
In 2023, the provinces in the cluster effectively implemented emulation movements launched by the Central and the provinces. The average economic growth rate (GRDP) of the provinces in the cluster was 6.3%, higher than the average economic growth of the whole country. The whole cluster has 571 communes meeting advanced new rural standards; 138 communes meeting model new rural standards; 100% of districts, towns and cities meeting new rural standards or completing the task of building new rural areas. The whole cluster's budget revenue reached more than 235,000 billion VND. The total social investment capital of the provinces reached over 547,000 billion VND. National defense and security were maintained.
The conference agreed to propose the Prime Minister to award the emulation flag toNam Dinh province; awarded certificates of merit to Hung Yen and Quang Ninh provinces. ConferenceNam Dinh province is honored as the Cluster Leader, Hai Duong and Ninh Binh provinces are the Deputy Cluster Leaders of the 2024 Emulation Cluster.
The emulation cluster of the Red River Delta provinces includes 9 provinces: Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc and Quang Ninh. In 2023, Thai Binh province is the cluster leader.
