On the morning of December 26, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a meeting on preparations for the conference to announce the planning and promote investment. Comrades: Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Luu Van Ban, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung emphasized that the conference to announce the planning and promote investment is an important political event, an opportunity for the province to inform and introduce its orientation, potential and development prospects to attract, promote and invite investors to be interested in and invest in Hai Duong. Therefore, the conference must be organized solemnly, practically and effectively.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies and units, based on their assigned tasks, to promptly complete the tasks so that the conference can take place successfully and leave an impression on guests. In addition to carefully preparing for the main conference, the activities on the sidelines of the conference must also be neat and methodical. Regarding the performing arts, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism selects appropriate performances associated with the local cultural identity. The Department of Industry and Trade balances the booths displaying typical products of the province. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the displayed products must be carefully selected, the display locations must be divided by theme, product groups and must not affect the area where the content is announced and the provincial planning map.
