Careful and methodical preparation for the announcement ceremony of Hai Duong province's planning

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Luu Van Ban, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the announcement ceremony of the provincial planning is an important political event, so it must be organized solemnly, practically, effectively and economically. Therefore, the preparation work needs to be thorough and methodical in order to effectively convey information about the planning, especially major policies and orientations in development to attract and call for domestic and international investment.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban assigned specific tasks to each agency and unit to ensure the ceremony was successful and left an impression on guests.

The Department of Planning and Investment advises the Provincial People's Committee on the content and script of the ceremony. Takes the lead in making a list of enterprises and preparing documents for the program of granting investment policy decisions and investment certificates. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ensures facilities and ceremonies for the ceremony; takes the lead and coordinates with event organizers to prepare art performances in the program and related cultural and artistic activities. The Department of Industry and Trade takes the lead and coordinates with the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Agriculture and Rural Development, Science and Technology, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, and typical enterprises to organize events to display and exhibit local services and products at the ceremony and sideline activities. The People's Committee of Hai Duong City coordinates to ensure security, order, safety and urban embellishment before, during and after the ceremony announcing the provincial planning.

Hai Duong Newspaper and the provincial Radio and Television Station increase the time for disseminating information about the province's planning and cooperation activities, regional linkages, and investment attraction in the province. Regarding the disseminating work, the Department of Planning and Investment is responsible for providing complete and timely information to the press. Other agencies and units, depending on their functions and tasks, develop appropriate and effective preparation plans so that the ceremony takes place smoothly and achieves the set goals and requirements.

It is expected that at the end of December, Hai Duong will hold a ceremony to announce the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. At the ceremony, the province will inform and introduce the orientation, potential and development prospects of Hai Duong to attract, promote and invite investors; promote cooperation activities, link development with provinces, cities and with domestic and international organizations and individuals.
