Tet bonus for lecturers up to 70 million VND

This year, the Lunar New Year bonus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry is 20 million VND/person, 5 million VND/person higher than last year. According to Associate Professor Nguyen Xuan Hoan, Principal of the school, after 4 consecutive years of a general bonus of 15 million VND/person, this year the increase is because the school wants to provide additional support to encourage the spirit of the workers after a year of hard work due to the pandemic.

Previously, on the occasion of the New Year, officers, lecturers and employees were awarded 1.5 million VND/person. It is expected that everyone will receive an additional 2 million VND after the Lunar New Year.

At T University of LawP LakeWillBright, on the occasion of Lunar New Year, each cadre, lecturer and employee will receive 2 payments. The first payment is the Tet bonus, including 1 month of fixed salary and additional income. The second payment depends on the work performance and the year-end review results of each individual. Therefore, the Tet bonus of each individual will be different. For those who have worked at the school for 12 months and are eligible for emulation review, the Tet bonus received ranges from 10 million to 45 million VND. The 13th month salary also depends on the position and seniority. Young lecturers who have just graduated will receive around 8-12 million VND, while those who have worked for many years will receive a higher amount.

University of Technical Education TP LakeWillBrightThe Tet bonus has not been finalized yet, however, it will likely be the same as last year. For the 2021 Lunar New Year, each cadre, lecturer, and employee will receive a bonus of 1 month's salary and 20 million VND. Of which, 1 month's salary includes salary according to state regulations and salary according to the school's salary mechanism. With this calculation, the lowest Lunar New Year income is about 30 million VND, and the highest is 70 million VND.

Tet bonus will not change at T University of TechnologyP LakeWillBrightand University of Economics and FinanceP LakeWillBrightSpecifically, each staff member, lecturer and employee will receive an additional month's salary - the 13th month. Each person will have a different bonus depending on each person's specific salary.

For teachers TP LakeWillBright, according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers at administrative agencies and public units under the DepartmentEducation and Trainingwill receive 1.5 million VND/person.

In addition, according to the instructions on expenses for taking care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2022 of the Education Trade Union of T.P LakeWillBright, union members, cadres, teachers and workers in difficult circumstances are supported with 300,000 VND/person.

During the Lunar New Year, teacher TP LakeWillBrightwill receive 3 payments at the same time: additional income in the 4th quarter according to Resolution 3 of the City People's Council, additional income due to the school's budget savings during the year, and Tet bonus.
