The inspection team of Hai Duong City People's Committee will inspect the implementation of Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT and regulations on extra teaching and learning of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.

On the afternoon of April 3, the Chairman of Hai Duong City People's Committee signed a decision to establish an inspection team to inspect the implementation of regulations on extra teaching and learning in the city.
Accordingly, the inspection team includes representatives of the Hai Duong City People's Committee; leaders and experts of the Department of Education and Training; Department of Finance and Planning; leaders of the People's Committee and the Police at the commune and ward levels where organizations and individuals are doing tutoring business.
The inspection team is responsible for developing a plan and organizing the inspection of the implementation of Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating extra teaching and learning; Decision No. 31/2025/QD-UBND dated March 14, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province regulating extra teaching and learning in Hai Duong province and relevant legal provisions.
