Thanh Ha has the most national-level information technology application contest entries for women in the province.

After more than 3 months of launching the Contest "Application of information technology in organizing union activities" in 2024, Hai Duong Women's Union received 40 provincial-level entries from members of localities and units in the province.

Through evaluation, the Organizing Committee selected 5 entries from officials and members of the Provincial Women's Union and Gia Loc and Thanh Ha districts to submit to the national contest. Thanh Ha district alone had the most entries selected for the national contest with 3 entries from women in Thanh Hai, Thanh Khe and Thanh Thuy communes.

The entries from Thanh Ha district were impressive, demonstrating many benefits when applying Canva, PowerPoint, Sticky note, Google meet, Zoom... to create video clips, create QR codes to serve propaganda work and improve the quality of life at branches and women's groups.

Through games and models of the application, women's union members of Thanh Ha district are educated about waste classification at source. Women's union officials of communes and towns promote the union's programs, prevent fraud in cyberspace, promptly receive acts of violence against women and girls; provide guidance on doing business in cyberspace... This method helps to effectively mobilize women to participate in activities in cyberspace for members who work far away or in places where it is difficult to gather.

This is one of the practical activities of Hai Duong women to implement Resolution 06-NQ/TU on digital transformation in the 2021-2025 period, with a vision to 2030 of the province and the national digital transformation program.

The products participating in the national round will be voted on the Fanpage of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union from May 3-13, 2024.
