Strengthening inspection and supervision of civil enforcement activities

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee, requested the civil judgment enforcement sector to be proactive and active in directing the implementation of tasks right from the beginning of the year, creating efficiency in civil judgment enforcement.

Ensure that 100% of provincial civil enforcement agencies complete and exceed assigned targets and tasks for 2025.

Classify conditional and non-conditional cases accurately, do not chase after achievements, and minimize violations that lead to disciplinary action against officials and civil servants.

Successfully organize Party cell and Party committee congresses according to the set plan; actively participate and be responsible in Party Congress documents at all levels.

Strengthen inspection and supervision of civil judgment enforcement activities; consider inspection work as an effective measure to enhance effective management of the industry.

Focus on streamlining the organizational structure and staff to ensure effective and efficient operations. Practice thrift, combat waste, pay attention to the prevention of corruption and negativity in the execution of judgments. Resolutely prevent negativity and corruption from occurring in the execution of civil judgments; manage and use public funds and assets to ensure compliance with regulations...

In 2025, the civil enforcement sector sets out 11 specific tasks for implementation. In particular, issuing enforcement decisions for 100% of judgments and decisions that come into force within the prescribed time limit. Ensuring verification of enforcement conditions, accurate and legal classification of civil judgments that are subject to enforcement and those that are not subject to enforcement. Completing the collection of state budget revenues at a higher rate than in 2024 in terms of work and money over the total amount subject to enforcement.

Improve the effectiveness of enforcement of judgments related to debts of credit institutions that have come into legal effect; achieve a higher rate than in 2024 in terms of work and money over the total number of cases eligible for enforcement. Basically overcome violations of the law in civil judgment enforcement activities; minimize cases related to state compensation liability, financial guarantees and cases of successful auctions but not yet delivered assets...

At the conference, 4 groups and 10 individuals of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for their excellent performance in completing their tasks.
