Early repair of Dong Quang - Pham Tran inter-commune road

Although the people of Pham Tran commune (Gia Loc) have repeatedly made requests at voter meetings, part of the inter-commune road from Dong Quang to Pham Tran has not yet been invested in for repair.

The road from Pham Tran commune to Dong Quang commune has many potholes and landslides.

This route is more than 2 km long, connecting from Pham Tran Commune People's Committee through Dong Quang Commune to National Highway 38B. The section of the road passing through Pham Tran Commune People's Committee, about 1 km long, has been repaired and upgraded, but the remaining section from the beginning of Coi Ha Village (Pham Tran Commune) through Dong Quang Commune has been severely degraded. Many sections have potholes and serious landslides, some sections of the road have narrowed to only 3.5-4 m, posing a danger to road users.

This is the main route for people from Dong Quang and Pham Tran communes to Highway 38B. This is also the route with many 5-10 ton trucks transporting vegetables and fish to serve specialized farming areas and aquaculture areas of Pham Tran commune and neighboring communes.
