Tin Tin Food Company Limited was leased land by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee to carry out the project but was slow to put the land into use.
On March 26, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province announced the recovery of more than 20,000 m2Land of Tin Tin Food Company Limited in Hoang Dieu commune (Gia Loc).
The reason is that Tin Tin Food Company Limited was leased land by the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Project of a facility producing drinking water from agricultural products and carbonated water, but was slow to put the land into use, violating land laws.
On December 23, 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment (now the Department of Finance) issued Document No. 4799/SKHDT-KTĐN deciding to terminate the project activities of Tin Tin Food Company Limited.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the above company to urgently handle assets attached to the land according to the provisions of law; comply with land recovery and hand over land to the State.
The project of producing drinking water from agricultural products and carbonated water of Tin Tin Food Company Limited was leased land by the Provincial People's Committee in Hoang Dieu Commune since December 2006. However, after investing in some items, from 2015 until now, this company has left the land fallow. The constructions on the project land are now seriously degraded, the land is abandoned.
This was one of the major projects in 2016, expected to bring jobs to people and create motivation for local development.
