Hai Duong Department of Information and Communications resolves 100% of applications online throughout the process.

From the beginning of 2023 to October 31, the Department of Information and Communications received 59 online applications, processed 58 applications (55 applications processed ahead of schedule, 3 applications processed on time), and 1 newly received application is being processed. All of these applications have been digitized in terms of application components and digitized in terms of administrative procedure settlement results, an increase of 0.9% compared to the end of last year. Of the applications received in 2023, 45 were in the fields of publishing, printing and distribution, 12 were in the field of journalism, and 2 were in the field of postal services.

All of the above cases have been resolved online throughout the process. People, organizations, and businesses receive results, pay fees, and receive electronic receipts online.

The staff receiving and returning results of the Department of Information and Communications said that from July 2023, because the data has been connected, people, organizations and businesses can log in to the Hai Duong Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal with the VNeID electronic identification account, which is convenient for carrying out administrative procedures online.
