More than 98% of administrative procedure records in Kim Thanh are fully digitized.

By the end of October 2023, Kim Thanh district received and processed nearly 45,000 administrative procedure files. Of which, nearly 44,000 files were received online, accounting for 98.05%, an increase of nearly 1% compared to the beginning of 2023; the rest were received directly. The entire district has nearly 44,000 files with all components digitized, reaching a rate of 98.22%, an increase of 0.37% compared to the beginning of 2023. Currently, Kim Thanh is one of the districts with the highest rate of fully digitized administrative procedure files in the province. The number of files resolved is 44,580, the remaining files are being processed, and there are no overdue files.

In the last months of the year, Kim Thanh district continued to enhance the responsibility of heads of agencies and units in implementing the task of reforming administrative procedures; innovating the working style of officials and civil servants at the "one-stop" department at the district and commune levels. Linking the results of the task of reforming administrative procedures with the work of evaluating and classifying and considering emulation and rewards for officials and civil servants. Continuing to apply the "No Appointment Thursday" model, ensuring that 100% of the records received and processed at the "one-stop" department at the district and commune levels have evaluation forms measuring the level of satisfaction of people and businesses when coming to resolve administrative procedures.
