This morning, Hai Duong Provincial People's Council considered and approved resolutions on restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

On the morning of February 20, at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City), the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council held the 29th Session (special session).

This is the first session of the Provincial People's Council in 2025.

The Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will discuss, consider the submission, and issue a resolution on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; policies to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who quit their jobs in the implementation of organizational restructuring in the province; adjust the payroll of civil servants in administrative agencies, the number of people working with salaries from the State budget in public service units in the province in 2025.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council conducts dismissal and election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will also consider issuing a resolution to support housing costs for families of meritorious people, relatives of martyrs, poor and near-poor households; stipulate the level of support for agricultural production to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and plant pests; and stipulate the authority to decide on the liquidation of planted forests in the province.

The Provincial People's Council also considered allocating the 5-year local budget public investment plan for 2021 - 2025 and the annual plan; approved the zoning plan for the construction of Hung Dao Industrial Park, Tu Ky District, at a scale of 1/2000; approved the zoning plan for the construction of Thanh Mien I and Gia Loc III industrial parks, at a scale of 1/2000.
