The People's Committee of Chi Linh City (Hai Duong) has just decided to approve the starting price as the basis for auctioning land use rights for 118 residential lots in Dong Do resettlement area, Thai Hoc ward.
Specifically, there are 81 land lots with starting price of 8 million VND/m2, 23 land lots with 8.1 million VND/m2, 7 land lots with 8.25 million VND/m2, 7 land lots with 9.9 million VND/m2.
The above price includes protection fee, rice land development fee, technical infrastructure investment cost according to the approved project, excluding registration fee, land use right certificate fee. Details of location, area, size of auctioned land lots are according to the local adjustment drawing of the detailed subdivision planning approved by the People's Committee of Chi Linh City at the end of 2017.
Dong Do resettlement area has a planned area of over 11.6 hectares, of which the residential land area is over 4 hectares. The project was approved for planning adjustment by the People's Committee of Chi Linh City at the end of 2017. Phase 1 of the project has allocated resettlement land to households and individuals and successfully auctioned it. Phase 2 of the project was allowed by the Provincial People's Committee to change the land use purpose for auction in October 2022 with a total residential land area of over 2 hectares. The land lots approved for starting price this time belong to phase 2 of the project.
