Approval of starting price for 5 residential land lots at the headquarters of the old Hong Duc Commune People's Committee

The location of the auctioned land lots belongs to the planning of residential area No. 1 of Hong Duc commune, at the old office of the People's Committee of Hong Duc commune.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee approved 2 starting prices for auctioning 5 land lots, including 4 lots with starting prices of 17.5 million VND/m2 and 1 lot with starting prices of 16.5 million VND/m2. This price does not include technical infrastructure investment costs but is auctioned based on the current land level, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.

The People's Committee of Ninh Giang district and the People's Committee of Hong Duc commune are responsible for completing all relevant documents and procedures before organizing the auction of residential land use rights according to regulations. After organizing the auction, the auction results must be reported to the Department of Finance for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee. The entire amount of money collected from the auction is deposited into the temporary account of the Department of Finance at the Provincial State Treasury. The management and use of the collected money is carried out according to the Government's regulations on the rearrangement and handling of public assets and relevant legal regulations.
