On February 29, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the starting price for the auction of land use rights and assets on land to select investors to implement the Investment Project to build a hotel and mixed-use apartment building in the concentrated administrative area of Hai Duong province.
The starting price for the auction is more than 401.2 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Planning and Investment, Construction, Justice; Provincial Tax Department; Hai Duong City People's Committee and related agencies and units based on their functions and tasks to organize and implement in accordance with legal regulations.
