People recently discovered that Ms. Ly Thi Ganh (born in 1999, with permanent residence in Ban Pho, Trung Thu commune, Tua Chua district, Dien Bien province) died by hanging in her rented room in Tan Truong commune, Cam Giang district (Hai Duong).
At about 6:00 p.m. on September 26, Ms. Vu Thi Lan, born in 1978 in the village
Quy Duong, Tan Truong commune, Cam Giang (Hai Duong) discovered Ms. Ly Thi Ganh (born in 1999, with permanent residence in Ban Pho, Trung Thu commune, Tua Chua district, Dien Bien province) dead by hanging at the bathroom door inside the family's rented room. Immediately after discovering the discovery, Ms. Lan reported it to Tan Truong commune police.
Ms. Ganh rented a room with Mr. Chang A Long, born in 1995, also from Trung Thu commune. When the incident was discovered, Mr. Chang A Long was not in the room.
The incident is being investigated and verified by the police.
