On the afternoon of June 20, in Ninh Hai commune, the Women's Union of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong) organized a cultural exchange, imparting knowledge and skills on cyber safety for 64 orphans and 80 godmothers in 20 communes and towns in the district.
At the propaganda session, officers of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Hai Duong Provincial Police) disseminated basic knowledge about the Law on Cyber Security; the situation of cyber security and high-tech crimes in Hai Duong province in recent times.
Delegates and children were also taught healthy interaction skills on social networks; raised awareness of preventing fraudulent subjects, methods and tricks on cyberspace. At the same time, they were advised not to participate in illegal activities on cyberspace...
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 28, 2024). On this occasion, the Ninh Giang District Women's Union presented 64 gifts worth nearly 13 million VND to 64 sponsored orphans.
Ninh Giang district currently has 379 orphans, many of whom are in difficult circumstances. The Ninh Giang District Women's Union has mobilized philanthropists to sponsor 72 orphans in difficult circumstances. The Ninh Giang District Women's Union hopes to receive help from philanthropists to support the children with a proposed support level of 500,000 VND/month/child; sponsorship period of 2 years or more.
