On the morning of February 5, 2024, the interchange connecting Provincial Road 392 (Binh Giang) with the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway was officially opened to traffic. The construction project of this interchange was sponsored by Hoa Phat Group with a total cost of 321 billion VND. The starting point of the interchange is at km9+080 of Provincial Road 392, the end point connects to the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway at km39+900.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Kien Cuong, Director of Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company, said that the group has completed the construction and handed over, putting the important intersection into operation as committed. This is both a gift to the government and people of Hai Duong province and also a source of pride for Hoa Phat.

After the opening of the intersection connecting Provincial Road 392 in Binh Giang District with the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway, people in this area are very happy because traffic is increasingly convenient. Mr. Pham Dinh Trung in Soi To village, Thai Hoc commune (Binh Giang) said: "The dream of the people has long come true. Now, trading and commerce to big cities is much more convenient."

Although located in the most bustling area of ​​the district, Tu Ky Town Primary School still faced many difficulties in terms of facilities in previous years. The school had 16 degraded classrooms, lacking all functional rooms, so it did not meet the national standard level 1, although the quality of teaching and learning was always at the top of the district. In previous school years, the school had to arrange for students to study in subject rooms.

The 2024-2025 school year will be different because Tu Ky Town Primary School is sponsored to build 15 new classrooms. This project has a total investment of more than 20 billion VND, of which Vietcombank Hai Duong sponsored 10 billion VND, the rest is from Tu Ky district budget. The project started construction in April 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Teacher Nguyen Van Thung, the school's principal, happily said that according to the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, the school will be able to build 6 more classrooms in 2025. After building the new classrooms, the school will meet the criteria to meet national standards.

Many meaningful projects

According to a representative of Vietcombank Hai Duong, over the past two decades, the unit has spent more than VND 80 billion sponsoring social security activities in the province. The 3-storey classroom building at Tu Ky Town Primary School is one of the two largest social security projects ever sponsored by Vietcombank Hai Duong in the province.

The project of the intersection with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway in Binh Giang is of great significance for the socio-economic development of Hai Duong province as well as neighboring provinces; promoting the exploitation of the potential and advantages of the dynamic industrial zone and specialized economic zone in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts in the future, while contributing to overcoming the traffic overload and bottlenecks in Hai Duong province.

Along with the investment project to build Kim Thanh Industrial Park, last June, COMMA 18 Joint Stock Company proposed to sponsor the construction of the North-South axis road through Kim Thanh Industrial Park to create traffic connections, serving the operational needs of the industrial park and the traffic of the area. The project is implemented in Co Dung and Thuong Vu communes with a total estimated investment of 150 billion VND. The road is 2 km long, with a road surface width of 60 m. Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has agreed with COMMA 18 Joint Stock Company's proposal to sponsor the road construction.

In 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province agreed to receive funding to build a bridge over Kim Son River (also known as Sat River) connecting traffic between Cam Giang and Gia Loc districts from Dai An Joint Stock Company. Vingroup Corporation invested in building Thong Nhat Cinema at 28 Ho Chi Minh Avenue (Hai Duong City) with an area of ​​over 783 m², replacing the old cinema built in the 1960s that had deteriorated...

These meaningful sponsorship projects continue to affirm the growth of the team of businesses and entrepreneurs inside and outside the province. They not only contribute to the goal of socio-economic development, creating jobs for tens of thousands of workers, but also accompany the province in taking care of social security issues and poverty reduction.
