Blood donation festival in Hai Duong city attracted nearly 800 participants, collecting a large number of blood units.
On the morning of March 16, at the People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao Ward, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Hai Duong City organized the Blood Donation Festival "Hai Duong City - Thousands of Red Hearts".
Nearly 800 people participated in the blood donation, including officials, civil servants, armed forces, workers, youth, and students working, studying, and living in the city.
At the end of the festival, the Steering Committee collected 408 units of blood and transferred them to the receiving unit, Hai Duong General Hospital.
In 2025, Hai Duong City will organize 4 voluntary blood donation campaigns, striving to collect more than 1,500 units of blood.
