Receiving funding in the form of products for the construction of the North-South axis road (Kim Thanh) was a content considered and discussed at the 7th meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee in June on the morning of June 21.
COMMA 18 Joint Stock Company proposed to be funded by the North-South axis road project through Kim Thanh Industrial Park (Kim Thanh) to create traffic connections, serving the needs of the industrial park's operations and the region's traffic. The project is implemented in Co Dung and Thuong Vu communes with a total estimated investment of 150 billion VND. The route is 2 km long, with a road surface of 60 m wide.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee agreed to the proposal to sponsor the construction of the North-South axis road of COMMA 18 Joint Stock Company. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to guide the sponsoring unit on investment procedures. Kim Thanh District is the representative agency of the Provincial People's Committee to negotiate and sign an agreement with the sponsoring unit on receiving product sponsorship. At the same time, coordinate with enterprises in the process of investment preparation and implementation of investment in construction of the project according to the design, ensuring the progress and quality of the project. The Department of Transport is responsible for guiding the sponsor, Kim Thanh District asks for opinions and agreements with the Ministry of Transport on connecting the route with National Highway 5.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment advises on land acquisition and handover procedures, and guides investors in completing land and environmental procedures to implement the project according to regulations. The Department of Finance presides over and coordinates with relevant departments and branches to guide the process of receiving and establishing ownership of received assets after completing construction and handing over the project in accordance with current regulations on management and use.
