Traffic opening at the intersection connecting Provincial Road 392, Binh Giang District with Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung affirmed that the intersection connecting Provincial Road 392, Hai Duong province with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway is an important traffic project, connecting the western and southwestern areas of Hai Duong province with the national expressway network. The project, when completed and opened to traffic, will have important significance for the socio-economic development of Hai Duong province as well as neighboring provinces; promoting the exploitation of the potential and advantages of the dynamic industrial zone, specialized economic zone in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts in the future, while contributing to overcoming the overload and traffic bottlenecks in Hai Duong province.

The special and meaningful thing is that the Project is implemented in a socialized manner by Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company, funded by products. With the support of the Ministry of Transport, Vietnam Road Administration, Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Corporation (VIDIFI); the close coordination of relevant departments, branches and localities, the project has completed the items connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, meeting the progress and quality to organize traffic opening, serving the travel needs of people during the 2024 Lunar New Year.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung thanked, acknowledged and commended the efforts of the investor, design consultants, supervision consultants, construction contractors and staff, workers and employees who directly participated in the construction of the project to overcome difficulties and complete the project ensuring quality, progress and safety.

In order for the project to be handed over, operated and exploited to its maximum efficiency, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung requested that in the coming time, the Department of Transport actively coordinate with the sponsor to report to the Ministry of Transport to implement the handover and acceptance of the assets of the intersection project. Relevant departments, branches and localities closely coordinate to manage the quality and safety of the project, promptly speed up the planning progress and implement projects in the area so that the project can truly promote sustainable and long-term socio-economic values ​​for Hai Duong province. VIDIFI is requested to organize the operation and exploitation to ensure traffic safety at the intersection area.

The interchange project connecting Road 392 in Binh Giang District (through Thai Hoc Commune, Nhan Quyen) with the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway is sponsored by Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company with a total investment of about 321 billion VND.
