Groundbreaking ceremony for Ha Ky Commune Health Station funded by GPI Korea

On March 21, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations coordinated to start the project to build the Ha Ky Commune Health Station with a total investment of over 6.2 billion VND, funded by the Korean GPI Organization.

The investment project to build the Ha Ky Commune Health Station includes 2 floors, 12 rooms and auxiliary items such as main gate, yard, surrounding wall... This is a national standard project, in accordance with the general planning of the commune and the planning of the health network in the area, contributing to meeting the needs of care, first aid, medical examination and treatment and ensuring disease prevention for the people of Ha Ky commune.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and handed over to the locality in a "turnkey" form.

On this occasion, the Korean GPI Organization presented more than 100 gifts to people attending the groundbreaking ceremony.

Over the years, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations has mobilized the Korean GPI Organization to successfully implement many non-governmental projects in Hai Duong province such as building and supporting equipment for kindergartens and health stations; educating and raising awareness about health and environmental sanitation; improving capacity for women; supporting children in difficult circumstances; providing emergency relief due to natural disasters and epidemics, etc.
