3 targets exceeded the plan including: integrating 100% of online public services at level 3 and level 4 with the National Public Service Portal (project target 50%); 100% of administrative procedures meeting the requirements for deploying online public services at level 3 and level 4 (project target 80%); 95% of people and businesses satisfied with administrative procedure settlement (project target 90%).

6 targets achieved include: 100% of agencies, units, People's Committees of communes and towns deploy and synchronize information systems, use common software of the province; 100% of online public services at level 3 and level 4 are popularly integrated into the National Public Service Portal; building a synchronous district database as a foundation for deploying e-government; 100% of leaders and civil servants of communes and towns are trained in knowledge of information technology applications; 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees are proficient in using computers and information technology applications; The electronic information portal of districts and communes integrates software for looking up documents and information from the Central to the grassroots level.
