Energizing 110 kV Nam Sach 2 transformer station 2 months in advance

The project is invested by Hai Duong Electricity Company. The total investment of the project is 118.2 billion VND.

The 110 kV Nam Sach 2 transformer station has a scale of 4 transformers with a total capacity of 252 MVA. This phase installs 1 T1 transformer with a capacity of 63 MVA; the 110 kV line section has a length of more than 4.5 km double circuit.

In addition, the 110 kV Nam Sach 2 transformer station is equipped with a control, protection, measurement, metering, communication, SCADA, surveillance camera and fire prevention system according to the criteria of an unmanned transformer station.

Hai Duong Electricity builds 3 feeder lines after Nam Sach 2 110 kV station, 35 kV and 22 kV, with a total investment of 16.8 billion VND.

The project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule assigned by the Northern Power Corporation, meeting the growing load demand of Hai Duong province in general, especially ensuring power supply for enterprises in An Phat 1 industrial park, loads in Nam Sach district and neighboring areas.

At the same time, it strengthens the grid connection, improves the stability and reliability of power supply, contributes to preventing overload for the 110 kV Nam Sach, Tien Trung, Chi Linh transformer stations and medium-voltage lines in the area, and reduces losses in the regional medium-voltage grid.
