Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Duong City People's Committee Nguyen Huu Phuc signed a decision to impose an administrative fine of 7.5 million VND on Mr. Vuong Van H. in Thuong Dap area, Nam Sach town (before the merger, Thuong Dap village, Nam Hong commune), currently residing on Hoang Quoc Viet street, Thanh Binh ward (Hai Duong city).
The reason was that on the evening of January 24, 2025, Mr. H. slapped his wife, Ms. Mai Thu P., three times, causing swelling and redness on Ms. P.'s cheeks and nose. Mr. H.'s actions were determined to be "harming the health of a family member".
