According to initial information obtained by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, at around 7:00 a.m. on May 7, people passing by house number 18, lane 1 Ngoc Uyen, Ngoc Chau ward (Hai Duong city) discovered a man lying in a pool of blood and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Initially, the victim was identified as Mr. LQL, (born in 1970), owner of house number 18. Mr. L. died in a pool of blood due to multiple injuries.
